How do I set my Out-Of-Office Assistant to notify people who send me emails

BHLC's Google Apps login screenYou cannot do this with Outlook. You must do it using Google Apps.

  • Sign-in to Google Mail by clicking on this link which takes you to Http://mail.bhlc.services. Use your normal user name e.g. ‘Isobeljonas’ without the ‘@bhlc.services’ bit and enter your normal password used to login to work systems.

  • You will see your mailbox. Click on the Settings Icon in the top right of the screen and select the Settings button

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • gapps ooo step 2 From the General tab, scroll down to the Out Of Office Autoreply section. Complete the details and don’t forget to press the Save Changes button when done. Job done.
